Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to optimize our recruitment function. You will source, attract, and pre-screen candidates, building a robust pipeline for our US Automation divisions, including Process Industries, in close collaboration with HRBPs and hiring managers.

The role supports a hybrid/onsite model with options to work at the Westerville, OH office weekly or monthly, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 3 years’ professional HR experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales representative, or related role
• Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
• Knowledge in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and pre-screen candidates
• Build and maintain a talent pool of passive and active candidates
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Track and report on sourcing metrics such as response and conversion rates
