Inland Family of Companies in Milwaukee is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities and help leaders build exceptional teams.

You will partner with hiring managers across our family of companies to recruit for positions in property management, facilities, commercial real estate, architecture, marketing, research, accounting, and corporate operations, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• One to three years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer-facing sales, account management, admissions, leasing, HR, or another relationship-focused role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, or similar methods to identify talent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and desired candidate qualifications.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple business lines and job functions.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Provide a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
