Job summary

Continental Properties in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an experienced Corporate Talent Strategy Partner to join our Human Resources team at the home office. You will support HRBP services and talent management programs for the home office population, partnering with the Senior Director, Talent Strategy to design and run talent initiatives.

This hybrid role emphasizes strategic advisory work and program execution, with 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional HR or corporate experience with talent management and org development.
• Proactive, consultative partner with strong people skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Coaching managers toward stronger performance with empathy and direct communication.
• Tech-savvy with Office, HRIS, and AI tools; adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director, Talent Strategy in delivering HR business partner services for home office leaders.
• Assist with preparation for talent reviews, org planning, leader coaching, and follow-through on talent commitments.
• Partner with leaders on workforce and talent planning; translate needs into staffing and development recommendations.
• Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for home office managers and team members; address talent-related questions.
• Coordinate and execute COE programs across Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards.
