Job summary

Flad Architects in Madison, WI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruiting for multiple offices. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience from description through offer.

The role requires at least three years of full lifecycle recruiting, experience across locations, and knowledge of employment law and trends. Hybrid work and orientation support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions across locations preferred.
• Architectural firm experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of employment law, recruiting trends, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for specific positions across multiple offices from description through offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements and profiles.
• Foster an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication at each stage.
• Continually source new recruitment methods to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Craft recruiting content to enhance Flad’s social media and online footprint.
• Assist HR with research, resume review, scheduling, references, orientation, and related tasks.
• Serve as back-up for conducting new employee orientation.
