Job summary

VIVA is seeking a Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner to join our Hybrid team in Missouri. You will drive sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and nurture communities to meet staffing goals across open roles.

You will also manage relationships with external staffing partners and promote diversity in our hiring pipeline. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to partner with stakeholders, analyze recruiting metrics, and execute full life

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience; 5 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Preference for candidates whose primary background is in recruiting rather than broader HR roles.
• Experience with OFCCP requirements.
• Experience measuring recruiting metrics (offer extend rates, offer acceptance rates, candidate pass-through).
• Strong full life cycle recruiting experience.
