Diasorin in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent to support growth and strategic initiatives. You will work with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

This onsite/hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in biotech/pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably biotech/pharma.
• Proven record of sourcing high-quality candidates across roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Primarily focus on individual contributors and hourly positions while flexing into salaried leader roles as needed.
• Act as a solution-oriented advisor within the organization and a positive collaborator with Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from contact to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
