Job summary

Brightpoint, a mission-driven human services leader in Chicago, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build diverse, qualified talent pipelines for program and corporate roles. You will manage intake, screening, interviewing, and offers, while advancing onboarding and employee experience through data-informed strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field required.
• Master's degree in HR preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of HR experience; talent management experience required.
• Experience with diverse workforce and/or program participants.
• Knowledge of HR administration, policies, practices, and local and federal laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; HRIS; UKG preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads high-priority talent acquisition efforts including recruitment, sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring support.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Attracts qualified and diverse talent and supports onboarding and retention.
• Owns full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Maintains active requisition portfolios and prioritizes for critical roles.
• Conducts candidate screening and assessment activities and presents qualified candidates.
• Develops and executes comprehensive talent acquisition and sourcing strategies using networks, referrals, recruiting marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions; leads campus recruiting and internships.
• Represents Brightpoint at career fairs and recruitment events to strengthen employer visibility.
• Collaborates with People & Culture and Communications on employer branding and recruitment technology investments.
• Maintains recruitment data and uses metrics and labor market insights to improve outcomes.
• Continuously evaluates processes and implements improvements to efficiency and candidate experience.
