Job summary

Brightpoint invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, leading high-priority recruitment, sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring support. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategies, attract diverse talent, and support onboarding to boost employee retention.

You will build strong networks, manage multiple requisitions, and collaborate with People & Culture and Communications to strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field required.
• Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum of four years of Human Resources experience, talent management experience required.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce and program participants.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies for program, corporate, mission-critical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines, college/university recruiting, internships, and partnerships.
• Represents Brightpoint at career fairs and community outreach events.
• Maintains recruitment data and uses metrics to improve outcomes and candidate experience.
