Job summary

CharterUP in Austin, TX is hiring a highly skilled Recruiter to partner with TA leadership and shape critical talent searches across operations, GTM, product and engineering. You will lead end-to-end searches, build pipelines from scratch, engage passive candidates, and ensure a rigorous, data-driven recruitment process that aligns with fast growth.

This remote-first company with a hybrid Austin hub offers a strategic role at scale, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and shaping hiring

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting in a growth-stage or scaling environment.
Strong understanding of how organizations are built and what great talent looks like.
Proven track record building pipelines from scratch for senior and difficult-to-fill roles.
Experience with outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for critical searches across Operations, GTM, Product/Engineering and more.
Build targeted sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill talent markets.
Partner with senior leaders to define search strategy, calibrate on talent, and close exceptional candidates.
