Self Financial, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and elevate our recruiting function—from strategy to day-to-day operations—while growing into new responsibilities as we scale.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build proactive sourcing plans, optimize our recruiting tools, and shape employer branding in a fast-paced fintech environment. In-office Tuesday–Thursday; base salary $110,000–$140,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
• Technical recruiting experience for engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methods.
• Experience with vendor management and recruiting tools/processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, from intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive, strategic sourcing plans to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Manage and optimize recruiting tech stack and tools for a better candidate experience.
• Shape employer branding to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Design and improve interview processes and candidate experiences.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from recruiting to onboarding for new hires.
• Lead People & Culture projects beyond recruiting as needed.
• Build scalable hiring processes in anticipation of growth.
