IES is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Mount Joy, PA area to lead high-volume recruiting and skilled-trade sourcing, aligning workforce plans with production and business goals. This role partners with HR and operations to improve candidate experience and ensure compliance.

You will manage recruiting across shifts and departments, coordinate career fairs and interviews, track metrics, and work with staffing vendors to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hires.

Aufgaben

• Manage hiring plans and forecast workforce needs across departments, shifts, and skilled trades.
• Recruit and source candidates for skilled trades, manufacturing, transportation, and support positions.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including career fairs, interviews, skills assessments, and job offers.
• Track recruiting metrics, monitor candidate pipelines, and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
• Manage staffing vendors to ensure candidate quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely hiring.
• Partner with HR and operations to improve candidate experience, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, protect confidential information, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
