Job summary

EIS Holding, LLC in Denver seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across our multi-state operations, from field crews to leadership roles.

You will partner with General Managers and regional leaders, build candidate pipelines with trade schools, and help improve hiring efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Travel up to 15% to support recruiting across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in multi-location operations.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Experience recruiting field, skilled trades, professional, and management roles preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Dayforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisitions, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with General Managers, Regional VPs, and department leaders to understand hiring priorities and position requirements.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for seasonal field positions, skilled trades, professional roles, and leadership positions.
• Build relationships with trade schools and community partners to expand candidate outreach.
• Coordinate hiring events, referrals, and targeted campaigns for high-volume staffing.
• Improve interview practices, candidate communication, and overall hiring efficiency with hiring managers.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with hiring processes within Dayforce.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce external recruiting expenses.
• Support M&A integration by staffing assessments and pipeline development for new acquisitions.
• Work with HR leadership on workforce planning and internal mobility.
• Travel to business units as needed to support recruiting.
