QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for the Ontario fulfillment center and surrounding roles. The role involves intake discussions with hiring managers, labor-market Insights, proactive sourcing, and ensuring timely candidate communication.

You will support frontline hiring with forecasts and pipelines, build external partnerships, and contribute to an inclusive candidate experience while aligning searches with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Experience building partnerships with hiring managers and managing searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Ability to source candidates proactively using Boolean search and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake to offer acceptance.
• Lead intake conversations using labor-market insights to shape search approach.
• Pipeline and engage candidates through multiple channels and maintain ATS records.
