Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for our Ontario, California Fulfillment Center and surrounding roles.

You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, use labor-market insights to shape search strategies, and deliver timely, thoughtful candidate communications. You will support high-volume frontline fulfillment hiring with forecast alignment and participate in building external partnerships to strengthen local talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and high-volume recruiting; in-house corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience building hiring-manager partnerships and managing searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Ability to source candidates proactively, including Boolean search and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Lead structured intake conversations using labor-market insights to align on requirements and search approach.
• Find and engage candidates through inbound applications, Boolean search, direct outreach, pipelining, and other channels.
• Build structured interview processes with hiring managers and deliver timely, thoughtful candidate communication.
