Delta V Management, LLC., part of The Heart Brands, is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role in Ohio. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to interviews, while effectively engaging with candidates and hiring teams.

The recruiter will help promote opportunities, build strong pipelines, and support affiliated entities including ReliaRide. A focus on community outreach and employer branding will be essential to attract top talent.

• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through multiple channels and platforms.
• Experience or willingness to learn applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding employment related compliance requirements for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, professional associations, industry groups, networking events, career fairs, social media, community organizations, and local colleges.
• Research new talent pools and recruiting channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote opportunities on social media and improve employer branding.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the organization and affiliated entities.
