Kapco Metal Stamping in Grafton, WI seeks a Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with the TA Manager and leadership to fill positions across the organization. You will source candidates, manage postings in the ATS, and build robust pipelines for niche skills while ensuring a positive candidate experience and brand representation.

As a primary recruiter, you will handle life‑cycle activities from posting and screening to offers, onboarding and compliance with state and federal laws,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional environment with recruiting responsibilities.
• Able to stay adaptable in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels and collaborate with TA teammates.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong organizational skills with time management and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and internal leadership to qualify and prioritize positions.
• Utilize the ATS to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
• Continuously source candidates and cultivate talent pipelines for niche skills via sourcing, outreach, networking, and social media.
• Perform full life-cycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding follow-up.
• Attend and participate in networking activities outside the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and protect the company brand in the marketplace.
• Ensure recruiting and interviewing processes comply with state and federal laws.
• Manage orientation and onboarding for all new hires.
• Assist hiring managers with onboarding and training plans as needed.
