Job summary

ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our HR team. You will focus on recruiting and onboarding for a major statewide program, building relationships and managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

The role offers approximately 20 hours per week with in-office work in Madison and opportunities for growth in HR and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, hiring, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all phases of recruitment and hiring.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Screen applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct phone and virtual interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Assist with onboarding and hiring logistics.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with laws and policies.
• Support ongoing recruiting strategies and talent sourcing.
