Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch in Grove City, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for 30+ open positions across child welfare, education, and wellness programs.

You will partner with hiring managers, keep job descriptions current, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the process.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 1+ year of recruiting experience, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS software.
• Active driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs.
• Promote The Buckeye Ranch and build candidate relationships during selection.
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions.
• Screen applications and conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
• Coach managers on interviewing using reliable tools/methods to filter candidates.
• Coordinate hiring and orientation for new hires and promote DEI initiatives in recruitment.
