Job summary

Columbus McKinnon seeks a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-lifecycle recruiting, from posting roles to offers and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to shape descriptions, source candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline across sharing platforms and university programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to position roles and engage candidates effectively.
• Change management and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Execute staffing strategy and deliver ongoing talent acquisition processes.
• Manage full-lifecycle hourly recruiting from application through offer and closing.
• Develop efficient, high-touch candidate hiring processes.
• Manage requisitions from approval through onboarding and guide hiring managers through selection.
• Use online recruiting sources and the applicant tracking system to identify and recruit talent.
• Source, interview and recommend candidates for company positions.
• Create, prepare and extend candidate offers.
• Provide feedback and influence hiring managers throughout interview and selection.
• Create and implement employment marketing strategies to build the company people brand and attract passive job seekers.
• Assist with university outreach, campus recruiting and candidate pipeline initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and postings; maintain descriptions on SharePoint.
