Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2+ years recruitment experience, or associate degree with 4+ years, or 6+ years direct recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of recruiting for assigned department, including search strategies and interview coordination.
• Screen candidates, oversee interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Oversee background checks, references, and onboarding to ensure compliant hires.
• Post openings and advertisements, use job boards and social channels, and monitor ROI.
• Promote county employment and attend recruitment events; partner with department leaders.
• Maintain and utilize the Applicant Tracking System to track progress and outcomes.
