Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch in Grove City, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for 30+ open positions across child welfare, education, and wellness programs.

You will partner with hiring managers, keep job descriptions current, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the process.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 1+ year of recruiting experience, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS software.
• Active driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs.
• Promote The Buckeye Ranch and build candidate relationships during selection.
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions.
• Screen applications and conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
• Coach managers on interviewing using reliable tools/methods to filter candidates.
• Coordinate hiring and orientation for new hires and promote DEI initiatives in recruitment.

Salary Range: $52,062.00 - $64,000.00

SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 10%The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage, and oversee, the full-cycle recruitment process for a requisition load of 30+ open positions. This role will assist in recruiting for our Child Welfare, Education, Child Wellness, and other key departments.

Each day, more than 2,350 youth are in Ranch care, receiving services designed to help them become successful within their families, schools, and communities. What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staff vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs.
• Promote the Buckeye Ranch, its mission, and many programs and services; act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and job specifications are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions.
• Effectively screen applications and conduct appropriate phone, virtual, or in person interviews.
• Conduct, and coach managers, on interviewing using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter. candidates, assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Conducts equity and recommends hiring wage, negotiates job offer with candidates. Coordinates hiring and orientation process for new hires.
• Work to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

QualificationsWho you are:

• You have a bachelor's degree.
• You have at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• You preferably have experience within the Behavioral Health field.
• You have previous experience with HRIS and ATS software.
• You have an active Driver's License.
