Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 30+ open positions across Child Welfare, Education, and Child Wellness programs.

You will partner with hiring managers, promote the organization, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide managers on interview techniques while advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS software.
• Active Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify vacancies, postings, and recruiting needs.
• Build relationships with candidates and act as a point of contact during selection.
• Ensure job descriptions and specifications are up-to-date and accurate.
• Screen applications and conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
• Coach managers on interviewing and selection methods to assess fit and potential.

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage, and oversee, the full-cycle recruitment process for a requisition load of 30+ open positions. This role will assist in recruiting for our Child Welfare, Education, Child Wellness, and other key departments.

The Buckeye Ranch opened as a treatment center for 10 young men and has now transitioned into one of the country’s leading providers of emotional, behavioral, and mental health services for children and families. Each day, more than 2,350 youth are in Ranch care, receiving services designed to help them become successful within their families, schools, and communities. Today, The Buckeye Ranch operates from six different locations to better serve clients in Central and Southwestern Ohio. What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staff vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs.
• Promote the Buckeye Ranch, its mission, and many programs and services; act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and job specifications are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions.
• Effectively screen applications and conduct appropriate phone, virtual, or in person interviews.
• Conduct, and coach managers, on interviewing using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter. candidates, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Conducts equity and recommends hiring wage, negotiates job offer with candidates. Coordinates hiring and orientation process for new hires.
• Work to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Who you are

• You have a bachelor's degree.
• You have at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• You preferably have experience within the Behavioral Health field.
• You have previous experience with HRIS and ATS software.
• You have an active Driver's License.
