Dispatch seeks a VP of Talent to lead and scale the internal recruiting function, turning founder-led hiring into a world-class operation. You will personally own the most critical searches while building the team, systems, and referral engine around you.

You will partner directly with the founding team and every hiring manager, defining what exceptional looks like for each role and elevating leaders’ hiring capabilities. Office locations SF/NY.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent at a high-growth tech company.
• Executive search, agency recruiting, or external search background.
• Track record scaling internal recruiting during rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house recruiting function and build the team.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to raise hiring bar.
• Own critical searches and develop a strong referral culture.
• Develop long-term talent relationships and external search partnerships.
