Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for management-level positions at our Orlando corporate office. This on-site role runs Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, focusing on building strong pipelines and collaborating with HR partners to meet evolving talent needs.

You will manage ads, sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes, while maintaining candidate experience and process compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in hospitality or retail.
Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills.
Experience with ATS, background checks, and new hire processes.

Responsibilities

Lead management staffing for restaurant growth with MIT programs.
Plan and execute recruitment advertising within budget and strategy.
Manage career sites, job boards, and social media recruiting.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Conduct and coordinate management interviews (video).
Maintain communication with MIT during training.
Plan workforce for internal candidate movement with operations directors.
Handle ATS duties, resume screening, and onboarding communications.
Build relationships with operations leaders to deliver recruiting services.
Support hiring managers in ATS usage and issue resolution.
Submit expense reports and manage recruitment budget.
Maintain subject-matter knowledge on compensation, benefits, relocation, and training.
