Responsibilities

Lead recruitment for management roles and MIT talent acquisition for new restaurant growth.

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct management interviews via video and ensure consistent selection processes.
Maintain relationships with HR partners and support ATS usage and reporting.
