Join Red Lobster as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a key role in building leadership talent for new restaurant growth. This hybrid role is anchored at Red Lobster’s corporate office in Orlando, FL, with on-site hours Monday through Thursday and flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. You will partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners and operations leaders to support division management staffing and timely Manager in Training (MIT) hiring.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to deliver and maintain appropriate division management staffing levels and ensure on-time MIT talent acquisition support for new restaurant growth.
- Proactively plan and implement recruiting advertising and sourcing activities within the budget and strategies defined.
- Manage company career sites and internet job board postings; engage in current social media networking strategies; participate in college career fairs; manage recruiting agency relationships; and support other recruiting channels.
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Conduct and facilitate management interviews via video, maintaining consistency in the selection process across applicants and operations directors.
- Maintain communication with new MITs through the initial training process.
- Support workforce planning by partnering with operations directors to achieve internal hiring goals.
- Execute talent acquisition system responsibilities including sourcing, resume screening, applicant tracking, background checks, candidate communications, and new hire administration, ensuring process compliance to reduce company risk and liability.
- Build strong relationships with operations leaders while delivering professional talent acquisition services and a positive candidate experience that supports brand image and reputation.
- Support operations hiring managers in using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), troubleshoot ATS issues, and elevate technical problems to HRIS or vendor support as needed.
- Submit timely and accurate expense reports and manage recruiting budget to support efficient MIT cost-per-hire goals.
- Serve as a subject matter resource across talent acquisition topics, including compensation, benefits, relocation, and training.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years high volume recruiting experience for a regional or national hospitality or retail organization.
- Strong computer and technology skills including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, ATS systems, and video interviewing.
- Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
- Superior organization and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HCM systems.
- Ability to self-start, engage the right resources, and work independently on most aspects of the role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with operations leaders and maintain a guest-focused approach with applicants.
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration or Business Administration.
- SHRM Certification.
- Social media recruiting experience.
- Previous restaurant operations experience.
