Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst to join the Orlando-based HR team. The role reports on HRIS performance, data reporting, and system testing across PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone, and more.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, implement changes, and manage software implementations to optimize HR operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR technology and SQL reporting, strong Excel skills, and experience with HR analytics, API/SSO, and IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience administering enterprise HR technology systems and integrations.
• Minimum 2 years experience in SQL/Query tools and ad-hoc report creation.
• Experience in HR analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of API and SSO functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and data integration issues.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and HR systems security.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR managers to determine HRIS needs and scope.
• Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues.
• Document processes and prepare data analysis reports.
• Test/validate system changes in test environments before production.
• Optimize HRIS processes and integrate new software.
• Run SQL queries and generate HR metrics reports.
• Ensure secure storage of attendance and performance data.
• Manage HRIS operations including access, maintenance, and integrity.
• Support HRIS systems administration, security, and testing.
• Develop new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
• Define project scope, requirements, and timelines for implementations.
