Chubby Group is seeking a Recruiter to organize and drive talent acquisition across its growing restaurant brands. You will partner with hiring managers, restaurant leadership, and the HR team to build strong pipelines and smooth workflows in a hybrid/remote environment.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, ability to evaluate qualifications, and use of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking recruitment progress. OPT/H1B sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• Knowledge of ATS and applicant sourcing tools preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or high-volume hiring a plus.
