Modal is seeking a first dedicated GTM recruiter to own sales, GTM, and G&A searches end-to-end. You will partner with the Head of Talent and GTM leads to shape hiring where it defines Modal’s future.

You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting, calibrate expectations with leaders, and build a fast, fair candidate experience in a high-growth environment. Based in San Francisco, this role focuses on GTM talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles (sourcing, pitching, interviewing, closing).
• Partner with GTM leaders to define great performance and expectations.
• Help set hiring bar and evaluation criteria.
• Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies to attract experienced GTM talent.
• Deliver fast, respectful candidate experiences.
• Apply an equity lens at every stage of the process.
• Support candidates through high-stakes decisions.
