Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full lifecycle recruiting for regular, temporary, and part‑time positions. You will source, interview, hire, and partner with leaders while maintaining confidential records and compliance.

You will develop and execute recruiting programs, build pipelines, and collaborate across management and vendors. Strong candidate sourcing, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Familiar with HRIS and ATS systems; TalEye preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for regular, temporary, and part‑time roles.
• Source and interview candidates; build relationships with leaders.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance.
• Develop recruiting programs and pipelines for openings.
• Coordinate college recruitment events and programs.
