Job summary

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full‑life cycle recruiting for regular, temporary, and part‑time positions within Rosendin. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and building relationships with leaders while maintaining confidential records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as recruiting partner before, during, and after the process.
  • Proactively network, cold‑call, and deep‑dive into passive candidate networks across various markets.
  • Handle confidential information professionally, respecting employee privacy and maintaining company confidentiality.
  • Engage with all levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
  • Lead college recruitment program initiatives, including event coordination and company representation.
  • Manage job postings, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, application forms, scheduling interviews, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain applicant files and records in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Create and maintain statistical and compliance reporting.
  • Assist with immigration processes (e.g., H‑1B).
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Additional HR certifications are a plus (PHR, SHRM‑CP).
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; TalEye preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.
