As a Talent Acquisition Partner with Rosendin in Sterling, VA (onsite) (contract), you will play a central role in building strong teams through full-life cycle recruiting. You will partner with leadership from sourcing through offer acceptance, support recruiting programs that strengthen the pipeline, and help advance college recruitment. What you’ll do
- Manage recruiting for regular, temporary, full-time, and part-time staffing positions from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Participate in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill openings and support a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with leadership and serve as a recruiting partner before, during, and after the hiring process.
- Take a proactive approach to sourcing, including networking, cold calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks across various markets.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality.
- Interact with multiple stakeholders, including management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
- Coordinate college recruitment initiatives, including planning and attending events as a Company representative.
- Manage operational recruiting workflows such as job postings, applicant correspondence, resume handling, employment application forms, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain applicant files in accordance with company policies and government regulations, and retain records aligned with company retention requirements.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, and distributing materials.
- Develop relationships with community recruiting contacts and create new connections over time.
- Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.
- Assist with the immigration process (H1-B).
What you bring
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or another related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Additional HR certifications are a plus, including PHR or SHRM-CP.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred.
- Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills.
- High discretion and interpersonal skills for sensitive, confidential personnel matters and documentation.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills with attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Proficiency with a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as priorities change.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Oral and written communication skills required for the position.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively as a team player.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others.

- Working environment: primarily indoors with varying conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning; noise level typical low to medium, and can be loud on a job site.
