Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of HR experience or associate’s degree.
• Two years administrative experience in HR.
• Travel 20-50%.
• Work schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may require work any day.

Responsibilities

• Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with area schools.
• Attends various recruiting events.
• Performs searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, recruiting resources, media, firms and referrals.
• Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel and makes recommendations.
