Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our U.S. operations, based out of any HBK office, with a strong emphasis on engineering and energy talent.

The role covers sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding to support growth. The role requires partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines, and representing HBK at industry events to strengthen our market presence while ensuring a positive candidate experience and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
At least five years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, especially in engineering/utility sectors.
Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, AI tools, associations, and networking.
Ability to manage high-volume requisitions across dispersed locations.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans.
Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple channels.
Build talent pipelines for engineering/energy roles nationwide.
Represent HBK at career fairs and industry events to boost presence in the market.
Manage end-to-end recruiting: postings, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
