Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an HR/TA assistant to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Department and deliver customer service to applicants and employees.

The role involves coordinating postings, screening calls, arranging interviews, administering assessments and updating the Applicant Tracking System. You will also assist with high school and college recruitment initiatives, ACE program screening, and related administrative duties while upholding the company’s

Qualifications

  • Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources or a high school diploma/GED.
  • Travel up to 25% required.
  • Work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday–Friday, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (applicants and current employees).
  • Supports the recruitment process (postings, phone screens, interviews, assessments, ATS updates).
  • Supports high school and college recruitment as needed.
  • Supports processing and tracking ACE program candidates.
  • Collaborates effectively and aligns with company culture and professional standards.

This position provides overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and customer service to all internal and external customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
  • Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources or High School Diploma or GED
  • Travel: up to 25%
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees).
  • Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed.
  • Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
  • Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
  • Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
