Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas is seeking an HR/Recruitment support specialist to assist the Talent Acquisition team and provide service to internal and external customers.

The role requires a degree in a related field and early HR experience, with travel up to 25% and a flexible schedule. You’ll help post positions, schedule screens and interviews, and support ACE program candidates and on-boarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications or Education.
  • Three to six months of administrative HR experience or a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Work schedule Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM; flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (applicants and employees).
  • Supports the recruitment process (posts positions, schedules phone screens, onsite interviews, candidate assessments, ATS updates).
  • Supports HS and college recruitment.
  • Supports ACE program candidates processing and tracking.
  • Demonstrates collaboration and alignment with company culture and professional standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

This position provides overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and customer service to all internal and external customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
  • Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources or High School Diploma or GED
  • Travel: up to 25%
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees).
  • Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed.
  • Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
  • Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
  • Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
