Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting for U.S. operations, based out of any HBK office.

This role manages sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding, with an emphasis on building a pipeline of qualified engineering and energy talent to match growth. The position requires 5+ years in engineering/utility recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and willingness to travel to HBK offices, industry events, and project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Five or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with engineering/utility hiring experience.
• Strong understanding of utility infrastructure projects (electric transmission, energy networks).
• Proven ability to source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, AI search, associations, and networking.
• Experience handling high-volume requisitions across dispersed locations with good prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering roles nationwide.
• Represent HBK at engineering career fairs and industry events.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting: postings, screening, offers, onboarding steps.
