Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-Month Contract in Columbia, MD. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and improve recruiting processes while delivering a strong candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews, assessments, and communications, supporting offers and documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage recruiting activities from posting to interviews, offers.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates to build pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and communications.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on open positions and activity.
• Support offer management and related recruiting documentation.
