Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II / Senior - Contract to be based onsite at our Middle River, MD facility. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, partner with managers, source top talent, and drive improvements using Greenhouse ATS.

This 6-month fixed-term role requires US-based candidates and may convert to full-time upon term completion. Base pay range in MD is $75,000 to $110,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience (TA Partner II).
• 5+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience (Senior TA Partner I).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements and expectations for open positions.
• Manage the full hiring life-cycle, from sourcing and screening to extending offers.
• Screen candidates and guide them through the interview process.
• Build a diverse pipeline of talent through sourcing, calls, and networking.
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to build reports and drive process improvements.
• Travel as needed to support hiring at other sites including VA and MD.
