Job summary

Qualus seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Columbia, SC for a 6-month contract focused on candidate sourcing. Responsibilities include sourcing, prescreening, and engaging passive candidates to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

You will interact with candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed and collaborate with the TA team to define position requirements. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, strong communication, and expertise with ATS systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated team player; self-starter.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to independently adapt quickly to changing priorities and complete critical tasks with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Indeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Provide talent insight and feedback on market conditions to build a recruiting strategy.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; presenting opportunities and benefits.
