Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles. This remote role is based in Florida with occasional travel to support career fairs and events throughout the state.

You will partner with hiring leaders, source and screen candidates, and build strong pipelines using creative sourcing methods. The role demands healthcare recruiting experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Knowledge of ATS (Workday preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to work remotely with a virtual team.

Responsibilities

Empath Health is seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted recruitment partner to our hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate brings healthcare recruiting expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent. This remote position is based in Florida, with occasional travel required to support career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives throughout the state.

What you'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals through creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and community outreach.
• Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives throughout Florida.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive a consistent and efficient hiring process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or hospital recruiting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative with a virtual team.
• Must reside in Florida and be able to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
