Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of clinical and non-clinical roles. This remote role is based in Florida with occasional travel for career fairs and events across the state.

You will partner with hiring leaders to design sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and build strong pipelines of healthcare professionals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or hospital recruiting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative with a virtual team.
• Must reside in Florida and be able to travel occasionally for recruiting events.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted recruitment partner to our hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions.
