You will fill roles across multiple markets, partner with hiring managers, and drive recruiting through referrals, job boards, and proactive sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting in construction, trades, or field services.
• Able to manage a high volume of transactional, referral-driven requisitions.
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.
• Bring process and structure to fast-moving hiring demands.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for trades and professional roles.
• Spearhead sourcing and offer processes from intake to close.
• Build relationships with field superintendents and hiring managers to forecast needs.
• Drive high-volume trades recruiting through referrals, job boards, and proactive sourcing.
• Manage postings, vendor relationships, and candidate pipelines across markets.
