Job summary

NukuDo is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver a standout candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and continuously improve recruiting processes while building strong pipelines.

Responsibilities include sourcing from multiple channels, coordinating interviews, and owning the ATS to ensure accurate data and reporting. The role supports employer branding and recruitment events in a dynamic environment.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interview processes.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Own the ATS and ensure accurate documentation and pipeline tracking.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help us attract exceptional talent for our growing organization. This role is responsible for creating an outstanding candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, and continuously improving recruiting processes.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.

• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment.

• Experience recruiting for technical or high-growth organizations.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for improving processes.

Nice to Have

• Startup or scale-up experience.

• Experience recruiting technical, cybersecurity, or AI talent.

• Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.

• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and sourcing automation.
