Job summary

Phoenix Children’s is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the post-offer recruitment process, onboarding, and collaborative recruitment planning with the VP of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition team.

Key duties include coordinating offers, new hire orientation, supplemental staffing, relocation/travel budgeting, and maintaining recruitment and personnel records.

Responsibilities

• Orientation — assist with new hire orientation.
• Coordinate offers — reference checks, work history, education background, post-offer drug screen/health assessment; schedule orientation.
• Coordinate supplemental staffing with agencies and review candidates for interview readiness.
• Manage relocation and travel budget tracking; facilitate invoicing for relocation and travel.
• Maintain recruitment records and files for accuracy and accessibility.
• Maintain employee records with HR Services to verify licensure, background, and education.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
