Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations associate to support the offer and pre-onboarding phases in Westlake, TX. The role partners with TA Partners, Account Managers, and the business to ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle and exceptional candidate experience.

The position involves creating job requisitions, preparing offer letters, guiding candidates through onboarding, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to manage candidate needs while following company procedures.
• Demonstrates ownership to resolve candidate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize candidate needs.
• Experience in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Aptitude towards collaboration and partnership.

Responsibilities

• Create job requisitions for Fidelity full time roles for job postings.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents based on information provided by the Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Assess candidate progress through the recruiting process to ensure timely completion of tasks and documents.
• Act as the candidate’s point of contact for onboarding questions and guidance with high levels of service.
• Schedule new hire appointments with attention to onboarding deadline requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data and collaborate with TA Partners and HR.
• Develop partnerships with internal groups to improve onboarding and candidate experience.
• Partner with TA Partners, staffing, and account managers to facilitate requisition creation and onboarding.
