Job summary

Nox Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the end-to-end offer-to-hire process, ensure compliance, and coordinate pre-onboarding documentation to keep candidates moving smoothly toward employment.

You will partner with HR, onboarding, payroll and hiring managers, guiding candidates through offer generation, verification, and onboarding readiness while maintaining data integrity in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR administration.
• Experience with offer management, pre-onboarding, and onboarding processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end offer process from recruiter hand-off to hired status.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding documentation and compliance.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and onboarding records.
• Support onboarding readiness and collaboration with HR, payroll, and other teams.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
