Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day TA programs support and interview scheduling. You will coach, prioritize, and manage workload while ensuring accurate, compliant delivery of services.

The role focuses on scalable, repeatable TA solutions, governance, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in TA operations, experience with campus programs, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in TA operations or related operational functions.
• Experience with campus programs support.
• Experience providing direct or indirect work direction, coaching, onboarding support, training, or team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing operational processes, escalations, SLAs, quality reviews, or process improvement initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workload distribution, prioritization, scheduling, capacity planning to ensure service commitments and operational deliverables are met.
• Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, career development, and continuous learning to strengthen team capability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, partnership, service excellence, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment.
• Oversee centralized, repeatable TA processes, transactions, ticket requests, and operational activities across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure operational work is completed accurately, consistently, timely, and in accordance with policies and service standards.
• Research, resolve, and respond to complex operational questions, stakeholder concerns, and escalations using best practices.
