Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Operations to lead TA programs support and interview scheduling within a global, matrix organization. The role drives service excellence, workload management, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems and tools.

Reporting to Talent Operations, you will coach teams, manage SLAs, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and external vendors to deliver scalable TA solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in TA operations or related functions.
• Experience with campus programs support.
• Experience providing direct or indirect supervision, coaching, and onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day TA operations, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and governance to inform decisions.
• Lead or participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with Talent leaders and vendors to ensure service delivery.
