Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Operations - Programs & Interviews to lead day‑to‑day TA programs support and interview scheduling. The role drives service delivery, SLAs, governance, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years in TA operations, with experience in campus programs and coaching/mentoring teams. We offer hybrid work with strong collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in TA operations or related operational functions.
• Experience with campus programs support.
• Experience providing direct or indirect work direction, coaching, mentoring, onboarding support, training, or team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing operational processes, managing escalations, parallel priorities, SLAs, quality reviews, or process improvement initiatives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day workload distribution, prioritization, scheduling, capacity planning to ensure service commitments and operational deliverables are met.
• Support employee onboarding, training, performance feedback, career development, and continuous learning to strengthen team capability and operational consistency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, partnership, service excellence, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy, quality, scalability, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, clarify requirements, and recommend practical enhancements.
• Lead or participate in process reviews, quality audits, operational improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and implementation readiness activities.
